I was very disappointed to hear today that my Xtracycle Free Radical kit is on back order for at least 30 days. (Thanks for psyching me out and thinking you had it in stock, eBikeStop!)

However, I was heartened to find this video over at Bike Hugger of the Waffle Bike. The rider of this bike should certainly entertain entering our “What’s the biggest thing you’ve carried on your bike?” Contest.

After reviewing this video, I may just be just be canceling my order so that I may go forth and make waffles.
