I know this is way early, but the bloggers over at Bike Hugger have announced they will be holding a cycling mobile social during the South by Southwest Interactive conference. All cyclists, hipsters, and SXSW attendees are welcome.
Bike Hugger SXSW Interactive Mobile Social
Saturday March 14
Ride: Susanna Dickinson House, 409 E. 5th (5th between Trinity & Neches)
2- 4 PM
Social: Brush Square Park, Trinity and 4th Street (north of the Convention Center)
4- 6 PM
So what is a mobile social? It’s a bike ride where the participants talk about bikes, blog (hopefully not while riding), stop for drinks and food, and free stuff is given away. Bike Hugger did a similar mobile social during Interbike this fall. Here’s a video highlight.
Austin has got to be way more fun than Vegas! So put it on your calendar and see you in March.
