I called the number and spoke with the owner who wants to keep the name of the shop undisclosed except to serious buyers (although any enterprising fellow with a connection to Google can determine which shop this is with the information provided.) I did ask him why he is selling the shop. He said, “After 25 years in the bike industry, I want to get out of the business side and return bikes as a hobby.” Sounds like he wants to get back to the passion that lead him to start his business in the first place. 

The owner said he would follow up with me once the sale was done so the cycling community can know of any changes.
