		<description>This perception about cyclists being outlaws who get a free ride comes from cycling being a minority pursuit.

One of the things that surprised me on moving from the UK to the Netherlands is that in this country you simply don&#039;t see articles like this in the press, letters to the editor, or TV programmes on which cyclists are marginalized or made into scape-goats.

Anything in society becomes acceptable if enough people do it. In this country, everyone cycles.</description>
