One year ago today, the world cycling community lost a great resource in the passing of Sheldon Brown. For anyone who’s every searched the internet for answers to bike repair and maintenance questions, you’ve probably already visited is Bike Encyclopedia to get help. If you’ve never been there and you ever rode or ever will ride a bike, you should definitely bookmark it. You’ll be glad you did.
Sheldon, we still miss ya’!

Sheldon Brown was the king of providing great free content to cyclists. I think of him often when composing articles for my blog. Thanks for the tribute.
