On my ride to work this morning, I discovered the bike lane going northbound on South Congress between Ben White and Woodward has reopened. The section in front of the SoCo lofts project has been closed for about two years while this development was being built. This meant you had to merge out into traffic on South Congress, which is pretty busy. (Surprisingly enough I had a drive honk at me this morning which strangely never occurred when I merged into traffic for the last couple years!)
