This is silly. The bicyclist is allowed to take a relatively free bike path while the motorcycle has to go through midtown, the single most crowded part of the whole stinkin’ island. Had the motorcycle gone down the westside highway (the road that runs parallel to the bike path) it probably would have won without any trouble.
I ride a bike, not a motorcycle, and generally refer to bikes as ‘the most effecient form of urban transport’ etc etc, but this was hardly a fair fight.
Still, fun video, thanks for posting. I don’t live in Austin but I love the blog.

As a proffesional mechanic and part time hippie, I have to say that Gasoline has a much higher btu value, which makes it much more efficient as a fuel. However, yogurt, particularly the organic greek style, wins hands down on flavor.
