Next Saturday, March 7 is the deadline to submit a film for the 2009 Bicycle Film Festival. Entries should be submitted in a DVD or miniDV format, and while they’ll accept films of any length, those “shorter than 10 minutes are easier to program.” Basically, a long film has to be really good to be part of the festival.
