		<description>Thanks for the article - glad to see this triathlon continue. I did three of them and they were all great. My first one was in 95, I decided to do it 5 weeks before the race (after running my first 5k) but had not been on a bike seriously in my life nor done much swimming. I was really intimidated, but the race atmosphere was so supportive and laid-back, which really was encouraging to a first-timer. I felt like an Olympic medalist when I crossed the finish line! I hope Maggie and Sally continue to be successful with this series, it is such a wonderful experience to give regular women who don&#039;t think of ourselves as athletes.</description>
