ATXBS adds aggregate listing of Craig’s List reported stolen bikes

Jason over at ATXBS has been bird dogging the bike theft situation in Austin for a while by breaking the James Clayton story and creating a Stolen Bike Registry. Now he’s stepped up again with a page that complies all the current stolen bike listing on Craig’s List in one place. Very cool.

While we’re on the subject, I thought I’d share this video that has been circulating by the Neistat Brothers showing how easy it is to steal a bike (fecal material aside) in broad daylight on a busy street sometimes in front of the police.

The moral: if someone is breaking a lock even if they look like they are supposed to be there, stop them for God’s sake!

Fairly insightful submit. Never thought that it was this simple after all. I had spent a beneficial deal of my time looking for someone to explain this topic clearly and you\’re the only one that ever did that. Kudos to you! Keep it up
