Despite attempts by some promoters to muscle in and shut it down, the every other weekly ride know as the Urban Assault Ride will continue.

It is a combination bike ride and pub crawl. Rides are not fast (12mph) and not long (10mi). This week’s theme is Ghost Town, a celebration of the relatively college student free bars before UT comes back into session.

Wednesday, July 29
6 PM for burgers at Posse East, 2900 Duval
Ride will depart at 7:15 sharp.

Stops will include The Library ($1 beer night!) and Cuatro’s with a final stop at Crown and Anchor.
