Family of cyclist killed in wreck asking parole board to deny parole of intoxicated driver
On August 26, 2006, Austin cyclist Arjun Khanna was struck and killed by driver Jeremy Ron Wigley. Police found Wigley to be intoxicated, and since he was on parole for earlier convictions, he was jailed and later convicted of Intoxication Manslaughter.
