Congrats to local triathlon shop Jack and Adam’s on winning an Honorable Mention in the 2009 Keep Austin Beautiful awards for their Green Team Bicycle Re-cycle program. They created a drop off program for old bicycle components, tires, and clothing to keep them out of land fills. Bicycle parts and frames were recycled into the Orange Bike Project while shirts and tubes were re-purposed by the Future Craft Collective.
