If you’ve read this site long, you are no doubt familiar with Frankenbike, the local monthly bike swap. You can buy, sell, or trade great stuff to put together a great ride. Mellow Johnny’s is stepping it up a notch with their second annual Mellow Swap on Saturday, November 14, 9 AM- 5 PM.

I plan to be there with some of the latest bikes from Violet Crown Cycles. Here are the details if you want to have a booth from the swap organizer, Erin O’Neill of Mellow Johnny’s:

Thank you for your interest in the second annual Mellow Swap on November 14! I have listed out what you need to know below :

The total of $50 (cash or check only) per booth must be dropped of or mailed to Mellow Johnny’s before your 10×10 space can be reserved.  Spaces are going fast. The deadline for payment is Monday Nov 9th.  If you are splitting a booth with other individuals or members of your club, I need the names of them as well as an idea of what you will be selling. Eligible items are anything cycling related. Please leave your old lamps, record collection, and “Bow Flex’s” at home.

You are encouraged to bring your own pop-up tent if you own one, as the event is taking place in our parking lot just outside the shop.  You are also responsible for your own cash box, though we can make change for you throughout the day. We will provide 1 table and 2 chairs per booth.

MJ Staff will be at the shop as early as 6am the morning of November 14th to assist with set up. The event will take place from 9am-5pm, so it is recommended that you arrive early.
