Austin High Student charged in pellet gun shooting of cyclist

Back in May, Austin cyclist Brad Urry was shot while riding on Southwest Parkway with a pellet gun from a mystery Prius. After nearly 6 months, police have arrested someone in conjunction with the assault. KVUE is reporting an 18-year-old former Austin High School student has been charged assault with injury, a misdemeanor that is punishable by either a $4,000 fine and or up to a year in jail.

From the sound of the article, they have only charged the little sh*t, they don’t actually have him in custody. I really hope that they do catch him and that he does sometime. If they don’t catch him, I sure hope some cyclist, catches him in an alley somewhere….. just sayin
