There does not seem to be much information on how these lanes operate. People driving cars don't really know what to do. Not sure how this can be improved, but I was wondering if any instructional/educational information is available that can be shared.

For all the weird comments Sharrows on Guad/Lavaca got, I've ridden them several times now. And while I pretty much always ride down the middle of the lane wherever I am, I somehow find the sharrows comforting, particularly on the left side going north on Lavaca when I'm going a little bit slower up the incline. I feel I have a little more recognition that cars know I belong ... yes even tough I know I always belong regardless of what's painted on the pavement.

If only I felt that I belonged in my family growing up.
