Santa is already at work in part of the world, but not necessarily with a reindeer and sleigh. In Vancouver, Santa has slimmed down and gone green by riding a bike.

Meanwhile, closer to home Bike Friendly Oak Cliff recently organized a Dallas Santa Ride to benefit Toys for Tots. Check out these pictures from the ride on Flickr.
