Annual UT Bike Auction set for September 8

All you bargain hunting, Frankenbike lovers out there, mark your calendar! UTPD’s Annual Bike Auction is set for Wednesday, September 8 on the roof of Trinity Garage. This auction helps UT recycle the dozens of bikes abandoned by students every year.

Viewing will begin at 5:00 p.m. with the auction to start at 5:30 p.m. with staggered finish times. Bicycles will be sold as-is and there will be no refunds. PTS will not be able to store purchased bicycles. Forms of payment accepted for the auction include: cash, check, and credit card (Visa, Discover, and Mastercard).

You can view the bikes online here. While department store bikes abound, there just might be the perfect two wheeler for you or a friend.
