My apologies for leaving this event off the Thursday recommended events post. If you have a custom or vintage bike you want to show off, head on down to El Mercado on South 1st this Sunday afternoon to enjoy the free show with lots of prizes raffled off in support of local cycling non-profits.

Live music by Charlie Hurtin and the Hecklers, great food and drinks all day, tons of great sponsors and vendors, GREAT prize raffles ALL DAY with ONE GRAND PRIZE WINNER! We will have hundreds of awesome custom whips and a custom/vintage bike contest! A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local Austin charity helping the Austin community so keep Austin biking and come party with us! THE EVENT IS FREE!

Also, Chris has custom fabricated a bike to match the bike on the flyer… we will have $5 raffle tickets (raffle every half hour) for prizes ranging from T-shirts to a $50 Chupacabra bar tab to $250 bike gear and $10 raffle tickets (100% of proceeds going to non-profit!) and the winner will GET THE BIKE!
