For those of you who read both A2W and ATXBS, I’m pleased to let you know Jason’s site is back up and running. It was hacked mid week, and through some enormous work, it is online again. The site has been moved to a more secure server so hopefully this won’t happen again. He’s in [...]

If you tried to visit ATXBS yesterday evening, you might have had some problems loading the site. Jason assures me that ATXBS is still going strong, and it was just a server problem. He’s planning on moving things over to a more stable server so that won’t happen again.
Also, on that vein Jason releases a [...]

Here’s a video encounter of APD arresting local cyclist and budding frame builder Nathaniel “Lurcher” Hill.

So a car runs a red light and [...]

Jason at ATXBS asks: got a spare part?

Our good friend and prolific bike event writer Jason over at Austin Texas Bike … Stuff has had a bad week and could use a hand. He’s had the misfortune of not one but THREE major bike parts break on him this week and he’s out a few hundred dollars. Trust me, I feel his [...]

The Austin American Statesman is reporting that there has been second arrest in the James Clatyon bike theft ring (hey, there are two people now so its a ring!) Austinite Layne Severson was arrested yesterday on felony money laundering charges by passing $8,500 through her accounts for Clayton.
Interestingly enough, Jason at ATXBS mentioned the fact that when he [...]
