Downtown Crits “postponed” until 2010
Earlier this summer, I mentioned that the Downtown Criteriums normally held in June that have been so popular in recent years had disappeared from the TXBRA calendar only to reappear scheduled for the Labor Day weekend. At the time, the reschedule was explained as a scheduling conflict with the City of Austin and other events.

Those looking forward to the Downtown Crits that have been held in late June the last few years were disappointed to see the event vanish from the TXBRA calendar recently. Racing downtown then getting to watch the domestic pros go at it is a blast, and I was sorry to see it go.
